how to wire obd2b dizzy to obd2a plug

how to wire obd2b dizzy to obd2a plug
i have a 99 vtec dizzy i need to jump down to obd2a, i have the old dizzy, i can cut the plug to use it towards the new dizzy, i just cant find a wiring diagram anywhere as to how it is done, need help
