How to use a Valve Grinding stick on a Head ??
hi i just brought a Valve Grinding Stick
just wanted to know how to use it ???
how much should material should i take off ???
what should i look for ???

I assume that you mean a valve lapping tool..
You need to put some valve grinding compound on the valve seat and spin the valve so that there is a seal all the way around the valve and valve seat..
BTW, its frowned upon to make 4 posts asking the same question..
