my friend gave me a mani for his b16 anybody have some input how hard it is or what to do it is an extra mani so i would like try my self. Thanks for any help

 

wouldn't try... you gotta have really steady hands or a machine that does it... but if you do want to try, basically you get a dremel tool and polish it gently.

 

What kind of tip should I use with the dremel have you ever done anything like it . My dad has a CNC mill do you know if we could do anything like porting with it and where could we find info on it . He has a lot of mold making / michinenist experince about 25 years but none in auto.

you have to cut the top of the im to polish/port correctly
