How do they work and how do you adjust them? can they be adjusted while they are on the car?

They take the usual mounting points only have a screw type ring where the bottom of the spring rests. You adjust that while it is attached to the car.

Yep....basically think about how your springs and shocks sit now. The springs sit on a perch that's part of the shock.

In a coilover, the perch area is on a threaded body, so you can move it up or down.....hence the spring moves up and down....hence the car moves up and down. Hehe.
