Default how to adjust cam gears?

hey, guys... i bought a set of Skunk2 cam gears and i'm about to intall them soon... i have some questions to ask u experts... since i have NO idea how or which way to adjust them... i'm new to tuning...

where should i set it at? HOW do i RE-adjust them after installed?(planning on getting Civic Type R cams next spring)

i have:

-B16A w/factory ECU
-I/H/E
-fuel press. reg. set at 39psi

Well there's really no way to tell which settings will work for your motor without getting on the dyno. Most setup will react differently to different settings. For a baseline typical setting try +2 I, -1 E. Then maybe +3 I, -2 E. I've also seen people make power with +1 I, +1 E. Try those out and see if your butt dyno can pick up any differences. Just remember though, the only sure fire way is to hit the dyno. Hope that helped.

one more thing tho... do i have to take the T-belt off everytime i adjust them?

No, you shouldnt take the timing belt off at all to adjust the cam gears.

yeah...just set ur motor to TDC, then loosen the bolts for the cam gear, then move your crank pulley to add or remove degrees from the cam. After you got it to where u want hold the pulley tight and tighten the gear bolts. Remember do one cam gear at time. hope this helps.

so... i should set the cam gears at 0 E/0 I when i install them THEN adjust them where i want them to be set at? THANKS FOR HELP GUYS!!
