Default Hondata S300: loading up on fuel while shifting.

while under full accelleration my a/f is where it should be, yet when i completely let off the gas and shift, i'm dumping fuel to the point where the car falls on it's face until it clears out. this is, usually, immediately proceeded by a puff of smoke due to all the fuel.
shifting is fine if i don't let off the throttle COMPLETELY, which is lame.

what adjustments can i make for this?

cal/datalogging files avail upon request.

You need to lean out the vacuum part of the map.
