It wouldn't work anyway, the registration code is different per computer.
Why not just spend the $200 instead of trying to be a crook? This kind of post does not make you or your "business" look very professional.

The program was for a friend he asked me to see if anyone had it. Like you have never recieved a free program before. Man I am a crook!
