my car wont rev pass 3200 rpm! and i opened up the ecu and the s100 is flashing red. its in a p72 what does this mean?

Did you change anything or did this randomly start happening ?
If you can't figure it out, take the ecu & car to a local hondata tuner.

 

i bought the car with the motor and ecu! and it was doing it when i got it! i tried checking the cels but its solid not spitting out codes!

 

Take it to a Hondata dealer that can help you diagnose the problem.

 

Well I look in the ecu today and I noticed the chip had a couple legs missing and a couple that were bent.! Could this be the reason my car is in limp mode?

Can I take the chip and the s100 out? Will it run if I do that?

Not unless you cut j1 & hope th ecu was not an eprom chip based ecu to begin with.
Do your self a favor & take the car to a hondata tuner.
