Default Hondata experts help!

Okay, I just got my modified ECU today and installed it. I have a 1995 Civic Si w/a JRSC, J&S Ultra Safeguard, RC440 injectors and a Hondata 2b.

My problem is, the car is running very rich and at idle barely runs because of this. During WOT driving, the car also runs too rich and surges. Any ideas?

Get it tuned. Find a Hondata dealer in your area. With a 2B you don't have the software to write chips. Tuned Hondata =

I do plan on having it tuned. However, I understood that with the proper basemap, I would be pretty close. The dealer I bought from supplied me with a basemap supposedly for my particular setup.

Is there anyone in the Phoenix area with a 4b setup that can help me check/burn my basemap?

basemaps are only to get you started and get the car running. they arent to drive around on.

what he said, i wouldn't rely on basemap at all, you must get it tuned with wideband O2.
