Default hondata and ecu problem

i have an ecu with hondata and it seems like the ecu is runnin in limp mode. i tried using another ecu and the light on the hondata lit up but on my ecu the light on the hondata didnt light up. i know that the ecu is good because i pulled it myself. could there be a problem with the socketing or resistors?

using an s200.

Sounds like a problem with either the ECU or the socketing. Go over the install and double checlk all the solder joints.
