Default hondata

this is a question from a buddy of mine...pls help....

Could you tell me which Hondata (Stage 2 or Stage 3) I need with this setup?

AEM CAI
JDM ITR 4-1 header
Godspeed Test pipe
A'pex N1
Crower 63402 cams
Crower 68185 dual valve springs
Crower Titanium retainers
ITR Intake manifold
ITR Throttle Body

Also could tell me if I can still use my VAFC with the Hondata?

A tuned Stage 2 will do just fine. The 3 only adds the stutter box and full thorttle shifting...
