255 lph walbro fuel pump
440cc injectors

Do you think i could make this setup pass the "sniffer" test during the smog check? Perhaps with a phearable basemap?

Is that going to pass visual where you are? (Light truck engine in passenger car).
With a basemap, I can almost guarantee a fail, especially with 440cc injectors.
Tune it or you're probably wasting inspection money.

 

Yea, I don't have to worry about visual. Just gotta worry bout the tailpipe emissions. You don't think maybe lowering the fuel pressure might help?

 

Tune it. Other than that, I see no reason why you would fail an emissions test.
