plan on puttin ctr pistons in a b16a. will i be able to pass emissions.

you might be able to still pass emissions.. but it would require a lot of tuning(fuel and timing), and a very efficient catalytic converter. good luck!

is lower emissions good or bad?

i've heard people sayin that higher compression = more fuel efficient burn or combustion.
