Hesitation when lots of throttle given
When I am driving my car and in 3, 4, or 5 gear (mainly) and I go to give it a lot of gas, there is a hesitation in the throttle response and it doesn't get going until I get to about 4,000-5,000 rpm's. I'm wondering what this is and I'm a little concerned about it...it almost feels like not enough power gets to the wheels in time or something. Does anyone know what this could be? The car is a 1997 Honda Civic DX Coupe (D16Y7 motor). Thank you!
