help! valve adjustment on sohc vtec motor

need the clearance specs for a valve adjustment, thanks in advance

0.18-0.22mm intake
0.23-0.27mm exaust

They should be adjusted with the engine cold.

are the exhaust ones suppose to be done first and then the intake ones?

Either side, just do each cylinder at a time, making sure that that cylinder is at TDC (top dead center).
