ok well i went to take off my driver side door panel on my 97 teg and i noticed that the last owner of the car stripped the screw really bad behind the door panel i got the other two out but i cant get this one out. Is there any way or trick to removing stripped screws??? i would really appreciate it if someone told me how

Drill it out.

Get a bit that is the size of the screw stem on the other screws and go to town.

sears sells a "screw-out" that can pull out striped screws.

 

it was the one screw right behind the door handel with taht little plastic tab that covers it
