I have some tanabe sustec coilovers. the problem is that i cant get the coils to go up or down. i dont have the "key" to move it, but even if i hit it with a hammer it just moves a little bit, i dont want to use a hammer because it dents the metal holding the springs.

1. are adjustable suspension really hard to adjust up down, or is the spinning wheel stuck?

if so what are the ways to move it......
