Default Help! Car throwing P0453 CEL and has a high idle

Ok i ended up doing the mini me swap Y7 Block and Y8 Head also did the Auto to Manual swap at the same time. The car runs p0453 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input. Ive read on something that i can trick the ECU with a potentiometer. First does anyone have the full write up on it?

Also my car is idling at about 1200-1500 and when i turn my AC on it goes to 750. Next when i am driving and i put the car in Neutral when comign to a light it dips down to 700 then shoots up to 1500 and bounces between there til i come to a stop then it stays level at about 1200. Could fixing this CEL fix this as well?

3rd when that CEL comes on it idles at about 1600 and sounds like a stutterbox.

Any help would be awesome thanks guys.
