Default Help! Car dies after starting

My car dies immediately after I start the car. If I step on the gas pedal the motor would run but with up and down idle. When I let go the gas pedal the motor would just shut off.

99 Civic DX with a 94 GSR head on a dart block. Using 99-00 Civic Si engine harness.

Need help ASAP!!
