HELP!!!!! ASAP need fixed today..Engine Code..
So i have a 95 civic DX and it will not start it try's but it does not turn over.
so i run the diag test put the paper clip in and turn the key on , and the srs light blinks over 100 times the check engine light does not blink what does it mean??
