Default Helms manual Question

im about to order my helms manuals. im getting a 94 b18b swap for my 92vx. is it worth it to go ahead and get the manual for each:i.e. 94 teg manual and 92-95 civic manual? or what years do the manuals cover? and also, i get the service manual correct? and one more Q, how long does it usually take to get them?

Just about the only thing youll need from the civic manual is the wire diagram for the o2 on a vx. The rest of it is all the same but wire colors are different between the 2 books. I would get the wiring info else where and buy the integ book. Chances are, you'll wire the o2 once and you'll need torque specs for that engine more than once. Unless of course, you want one for the rest of your car. Then just get both. I have crx, civic, crv, prelude, and friends with integ books.

The white/red wire for the o2 signal to the computer is in a different location on the car side of a vx harness. Its in the 5 or 7 (cant remember which) wire plug with the rest at the strut tower. You'll need to move it to a hole with no wire on a differnt plug to meet the integ o2 wire. Its cool though, with the teg book and a meter you should figure it out in no time.

just get Helms for Integra, it covers both B18B1 & B18C1 engines. I'm lucky because my Civic is B18B1 & my wife's Integra GSR is B18C1. I just did the engine rebuild by Helms & everything went smooth. I still have Chiltons & Haynes for Civic but I never use them.
