Which header for my application?
Im going to be milling, polishing my cylinder head and doing a valve train upgrade aswell as cams to my b18b. Im going upgrade air/fuel managment and get some adjustable cam gears aswell as an ECU chipped. The thing is im going to be getting an exhaust soon and i dont know which header i should go with. Ive heard for my app that a 4-1 will increase my top end power but im shooting for mid to top end since my car revs lower. Ive heard 4-2-1 is what i should go wiht. What do you guys think and if anyone has suggestions on brand of header that would be cool too.
If you're looking for midrange..then yea, 4-2-1 probably. My JG Header with the IB modded 2.5'' collector gave me 10-11whp in the midrange and 6whp peak. Stock motor (unless u consider an intake and crushbent exhaust heavily modified).

4 into 1 is the best for your setup.. It will give you power from 4000 up and i dont think you would lose any down low..Id say jdm itr.. cheap and real powerful..just make sure you port match the exhaust ports to the header..
