Help needed!!! I am looking for a header for my B20 Gsr head in a 94 EG Hatch. Not looking to go the cheap way. Been doing lots of research on them: RMF, SMSP, AN-R, Rage, DTR/SSR, HyTech & Sigma Six Racing Headers. Not sure which to really buy kinda confused right now. I hate when you call / email a company and either get an answering machine or no answer (companies like that will not get my money). The only ones that have answered are HyTech with real answers and recommendations and Rage thru bs PM (no real answers, still waiting). As for Hytech thru Endyn I was told to use the small tube one for set ups of 250 HP or less and the big tube for anything over 250 HP. As of now I have not seen any dynos of all motor Vtec B20's over 250 - yes using Dart blocks, correct me if I am wrong. My set up consists of a b20 block: JE 12:1, Crower Rods, ARP head studs and rod bolts. Head: port and polished, Crower stage 2 cams, Cam Gears, ported matched Typhoon intake manifold, Ferrea valves, Skunk 2 springs and retainers. Walboro fuel pump. Full MSD set up. Not sure yet if I need upgrade throttle body but will be using 310 injectors. I was thinking of dumping a 50 or possibly a 75 shot ( I know what yous are going to say ). Till I dont get headers I will not waist my time tuning engine. At this point not sure which header to go with, just thinking if motor blows I would just end up going LSV in the future and that’s why I am thinking of going with the big tube headers (I can still have use for headers)!!! Just my 2 sense. Please help.
