Default Head package installation

I'm planning on buying a Buddy club spec 4 head package which includes the camshafts, Cam gears, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, and valves. I'll be putting it on a stock ITR head. I wanna know what is needed to install these. And what else would I need to upgrade aside from tuning with hondata, to make it streetable reliability? Thanks

youll need a special tool to put in valvesprings/retainers...otherwise, handtools and a torquewrench are all thats needed. while youre at it, might be a good idea to install new valve seals and exhaust valve guides if theyre out of spec.
