Denso Iridium all the way. I've never had any hint of a problem with mine, and they seem to be holding up to my abuse better than any NGK's I've ever seen. Maybe I just got lucky, but I have several friends who swear by them also.

This is just what I "heard" so I'm sure someone will dispute or confirm it soon.

But I heard NGK has better conductivity and spark because of the better/higher copper content. But they don't last as long.

Denso last longer but not as good of a spark.

I'm notoriously **** about things such as spark plugs, I check them every week or so, and always replace them as a set, even if only one plug went bad. From my experience, the Denso Iridium outlasts the NGK Iridium by a good 40%-50%. They both work outstandingly well, however I have not tested each of them on the dyno so I can't tell you which one is more effective. The difference is small, however, and the only place where it would really matter would be in a fully prepped race car. But at this point my faith remains strong in Denso.
