is there any advantage or disadvantage between a 1pc. or a 2pc. header? i heard somewhere that the 2pc. is better. help!

 

could anybody shed alittle light on this subject for me, I want to get a new header and would like to know the best option for me( my B20b non-vtec), I already know to go with a 4-2-1 instead of a 4-1.

 

does no one want to help me out????

 

the 4-2-1 header is good for the low to mid range power, The 4-1 header gains a little more hp but way in the top end. I would recommend the 4-2-1 header since more than likely thats where you need the power and also cause you can't go that high in RPM's
