Hazard Relay/Flasher location!

Hazard Relay/Flasher location!
Hmmm i was thinking about fixing this from teh day i got my car....my hazards never worked but my sidemarkers do.....but when i press in the hazard button nothign works.....i think its teh relay switch or even called flasher i guess.....can some one help me out i just whana know where the hell is this thing located at! i have a 98 civic EX coupe!
