i have a h22a4 coming from a 99prelude that had roughly 76xxx miles.
the story behind it is that the guy ran the car without oil for two or three days, yes he even smashed on it. so we replaced his dead motor for the "jdm" h22a and now i'm left with the dead h22a4.

the motor did not turn over, the owner said after driving it with no oil.

what is the average cost to rebuild the motor? i'm interested in build an H for my civic
