Default H22a Ordeal

Ok here the thing: I have an 92 Civic Hatchback with an H22 swap. A few months ago, the engine seized up. I had my uncle fix it because he is a mechanic and he would do it for free. He fixed it and got it running again but it just seized up again. People say that the whole engine is screwed and others say keep it. Is it possible that there is no way to fix an engine, even if everything inside is all replaced? Gimme your input on this please. thanks

did it have stock internals both times? it's not true that once an engine seizes it's not possible to fix. if all internals were replaced it should work like new. how did it seize? no oil?
