I've been searching far and wide to find what the spring rates are for the H&R Race Springs. It seems from searching these boards that the Koni Yellows start to peak out at the 400+ range and I want to make sure I'm not spending money on something could fail 3 weeks down the road.
Your assistance is most appreciated. Also anyother comments regarding this setup are welcomed.

ahh cool, thanks for the input.
I'd call H&R but the obvious answer is "yes, ofcourse they will fit fine"

The H&R cup kit version 3.5 is a matched set of H&R race springs and Koni yellow struts. I have the cup kit as we speak. Not too bad but I will be replacing the H&R springs with Groud Controls soon. I want higher spring rates.
If it works well there then I'll bet you will be safe.

Ahh awesome, so how does it drive? I was looking at a really agressive setup (like race coilovers) but don't want to sink $1000 into.

I've had the H&R sports on my old GSR. on my new GSR, I have the H&R race. they're bumpy as all hell. very low., I scrape on a bump by my house that I never used to.
.. but you know what? that's the cost for performance. if I had to do it all over again, I'd keep my H&R race setup since I love the way they handle. much stiffer. no way am I down grading. hope this helps and good luck with your selection.

hah 6 month old thread
thank you for your input, it is valuable for my own knowledge as well as others who read this thread.
I have since decided on pretty high GC's (higher rear rate) with Bilstein SP shocks....if I hang on to my car
