Precision Machine Shop in San Diego. It's on University Ave. near College Ave. Where Hubcap Annie used to be. I had my Ls/Vtec machine work done there, rotors turned, flywheel resurfaced and I also had my block assembled by them. They do great work. John the owner is a really cool guy. He'll help you out with whatever you need done.
try http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com that's where I've seen alot of good machine work done to some of my friends block and cylinder head.
I dont know the pricing, you'd have to call, but i know that its worth it considering the amount of experience and quality of work that Dan Benson does.
