GM Syncromesh Fluid
I have heard that some people will mix in some GM sycromesh transmission fluid with their honda MTF and its supposed to help a bit with syncro grinds???

NO DO NOT DO THIS...IF U WANT TO STOP GRINDS THIS IS NOT THE SOLTION, JUST RUN PENZOIL SYNCROMESH....
but make sure to get your specific #
oem is for lowert mileage trannys....syncro is for higher mileage wearing down trannys.....
over 100k syncro
under oem
then again you can run syncro under 100k....but don twaste your money .....
but if you also constantly beat on your tranny it reccomended running syncromesh, due to the high wear you put on the syncors...

The best Transmission Fluid ive ever used is BG Synchroshift II, stops grinds ( unless u got a majorly fd up trans)
