ginding noise in 1st and 2nd

i got this grinding noise when i let off the gas in 1st and 2nd and when i down shift with out steppin on the gas. i put transmission fluid i thought that would get rid of it but it didnt?

change your trans fluid to all genuine honda manual fluid, unless u did so, and if that doesnt work. transmission will need an overhaul.
