car: b18c/93 Si

My speed sensor circuit doesn't seem to work right now and I've been trying to find the problem. I am down to the fuse for this circuit which I don't know where it is. It is supposed to be in the SRS fuse block next to the underdash fuse box.

Has anyone ever changed or messed with this fuse? Someone help me out in finding this fuse!!!
