Default Fuel supply for direct port nitrous

I just purchased an electric fuel pressure gauge and put the sending unit where I used to get my fuel from. I have an AEM fuel rail and am running a braided s.s. line from the fuel filter to the left inlet of the fuel rail. The extra 1/8" npt port is now being used for the sending unit for my electric fuel pressure gauge and I have my fuel pressure regulator in the stock location. Now that you know all of that, we come to the question. Can I run my fuel line from the right side port on the fuel rail, which is now plugged, to my fuel solenoid? The only reason I question this is because it is after the fuel pressure regulator. Maybe I'm not thinking right, but any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I drilled and tapped the fuel filter banjo bolt. Or put a tee on your gauge sender. you can put it anywhere on the rail also, as long as it's not on the regulator return line
