Default freshly installed zc bogging

It just doesn't have very much power. It will go,but not like it should.I installed a cai,clutch,8lb fly,and hyper grounded the engine,so i expected a little get up "not much".But it was sitting with 93 octain gas in it for like six months, about a 1/4 tank.I didn't drain the tank just added some b12 and more 93 an started it.Is my fuel filter junk now because of old gas?I also swapped out distributors jdm,for usdm, could my timing be off?Thats really all i can think of.
