FPR & FPG... instructions, anyone?

Can anyone post up a general instructions for installed a FPR and FPG?

Or, do people prefer VAFC more finer tunability over FPR?

I'm thinking about just B&M parts. Is there a need to go for AEM FPR?

I've got a b&m FPR and gauge, they work just fine for me. Easy install, instructions are in the package.
