Fitted B18C today, won't run right, vid inside. Help!?

Fitted B18C today, won't run right, vid inside. Help!?

ESI wiring loom
Chipped P30 (we know works as it's come from my brothers B18C4 EJ9.

Here's the video.
And it's giving fault code 41 and 20 but has been giving random ones such as o2 sensor and water temp but we've fitted the sensors from the D16Z6 that we know 100% work and have only covered 60k miles...
It's driving us crazy!
