i have a 99 honda civic ex with a b16 sir2 swap
last night i went to change the intake maniflod to a skunk 2 and when i was done the car would crank but would not turn over fuel pressure gauge reads 0 psi so i was obviously gettin no fuel to the rail i thought it was because the fuel rail wasnt sittin flush so i just took of the skun k 2 intake manifold off and put the stock one back on car, car still wont turn over and still not gettin any fuel and i dont here the fuel pump prime when car is in the on possition changed the fuse and still nothin checked all grounds and still nothing any help would be greatly appreciated

 

do you have a killswitch on your fuel pump? if so check that
when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?
