Inline pro has done it, it's in their 'cars for sale' with the red EK coupe.

The head is a k series head, u can tell by the valve cover...
did they just swap the internals of the head?
anyone have any useful info on this?

???? Your title says F22 head on K20 and in your thread you say it's a K series head.... Seems to me like you may be having some sort of pre-ejaculate problems. Possibly due to your age and inexperience. Time to slow down take a few breaths and realize that it is just a car with an engine in it, not the MILF next door.....

 

haha funny comment - i have changed the title. sadly enough it seems as if honda-tech is just another place to talk jdm ashtrays and sidemarkers instead of relevant 'tech' talk. anyone out there have any useful info?

I'm still not sure what relevant tech talk you are referring to. I see that Inline Pro has a Red Civic HB listed on there site as sold. And it has the K20a3 block with a (K20) A2 head conversion. I don't see anything referring to the use of any F22 internals.
