Last year I bored my tb and intake out for my ZC and in the process ended up with a spare intake manifold (less downtime and spares incase i boobed it) and during the winter started thinking about polishing the inside of the spare one. Well, after looking into it, literally , I checked into getting it Ext.-honed and decided it wasnt worth it ($300+). But ignoring cost, would doing this be worth the hassle?
