Default Euro-R IM -air temp sensor help

ok when I bought my euro-r manifold for my h22 it came with the intake air temp sensor screwed into the front of her. My question is, can I use it? the plug is the same and I would assume it would be identical to my stock one but under inspection they are designed differently. the prelude sensor is longer than the euro-r. Any feedback would be much appreciated. -

i would imagine the prelude sensor is designed to fit into one place ont eh prelude manifolds and the euro-r one is designed to fit where it fits. might as well use it.
