imo it's just a matter of preference i guess although more people tend to favor energy suspension. and if you plan on doing this yourself, good luck

Either one would be a great choice. To do the ENTIRE car, I had by a ES master kit plus a handfull of Prothane bushings that were not available from ES.

Prothane are supposed to be a little stiffer then ES.(Shop and friend's quote)
