i have a 1995 civic dx with a jdm d15b in there...i got it all hooked up well not the vtec...timing is on....i got spark and fuel.....the car will turn over but not start

when i check the plugs after that they are loaded with gas.....anyone know whats goin on what do i need or need to do??

how do u know for sure u are getting spark?

 

check with a guage, plugs into the wire then onto the spark plug.....saw spark
