Default Engine Swap Info

Hei guys I just bought a 94 EG model but with the D15B7 engine type and Im thinking to do an engine swap either to B16A or B18C but my cousins told me that its going to be a long process and its not worth in terms of the money spent. Could you please give some input as I have little knowledge on technical wise. Appreciate it.

I say B18C - That's money well spent.

Yeah I would thought so since the B18 is more powerful engine but do you know how long will it takes to do the full swap (approximately) n how much roughly it will cost to get someone to install it. Thx.

really depends on which b18c your referring to, the b18c is the jdm type r motor as the b18c1 is the gsr motor,

start saving money now, and search and read on this site in the meantime. By the time you have saved ~ $3-4K for the motor and parts, you'll know how to do it yourself, and you can save on labor. Check out hmotorsonline.com and jhpusa.com.
