Default Engine stumble at 2000-3200 RPM

I recently purchased a 94 Prelude with the F22a and 5spd. The car had not been run in a couple of years. Along with the battery and fresh gas, I've added numerous new parts including plugs, wires, rotor, cap, O2 sensor and fuel filter. When slowly accelarating through the gears, there is a hesitation (stumble) between 2000 and 3200 RPM. I have eliminated the TPS and the EGR works smoothly. When in 4th or 5th gear at hiway speeds the car runs OK in this RPM range, problem occurs when accelerating through the range. The check engine light is not on and there are no codes stored. The car has no mods and acts up regardless of engine temp. Any ideas? What else should I look at?
Thanks

sounds like the good old egr ports pluged up very common on the accord and prelude motors.

Thanks for the reply.
My clean out ports appear to be welded over, like the picture I found in a similar post in the Prelude forum. I will have to figure out something.
