What quailty. Ive never heard about an engine rebuild kit on ebay. Ive heard about the notrious ebay turbo kit though.

As long as you know what your buying on ebay its no worries. It doesnt sound like you know what your buying, so I wouldnt buy it.

i never used or really looked at those kits but that kit looks it would be okay. Find out what company makes the oil and water pump to see if they come from a bigger company that makes other oem quality pieces. The bearings are from acl so you know they are good and I've heard people use npr rings with success before. Some people prefer oem parts only but there are companies out there who make oem quality parts. Thats just my opinion though.

acl bearings are different from honda oem. They are kind of like a one size fits all.

I've used them on about 5 different motors, including my own personal 210whp B18C. The seals are leak free and I've had no problems with the 3 layer head gaskets. And the ACL bearings were a plus for me. He also ships them pretty quickly.
Just my experience, good luck with your rebuild and ensure everything is torque'd properly.

Mainly concerned about quality of pistons and rings because that is what prompted my rebuild in the first place. seals seem to be of good quality as well?

Yep, same guy. The pistons and rings are good quality as well as the seals. As I said, I haven't had any problems with my motor, nor have any others that I have built motors for. If the motor is assembled properly with tolerances checked, you shouldn't have any problems.
If you have any specific questions just send me an IM.
