Engine problem when A/C turn on.

Engine problem when A/C turn on.
I have a co-worker that have a Cadilliac. When he turn on the A/C, it seems like the engine wanna die. Basically the engine run weaker.
Just trying to help someone out here. Oh and don't tell me the problem is because this a domestic car.

That wouldn't be the problem, the problem must be because it's a Cadilliac.
