Default engine problem

im having an engine problem, i have fuel all over one of my spark plugs, and it wont even start now, it died on me at a stop light right after i was reving at high rpm's, im not sure what exactly is wrong?

im not sure, it just seemed like alot of fuel that was all over it in a little amount of time, like is it possible for u to blow something out on the combustion chamber or something?
