Default Engine Flush

Hi

I was thinking about using engine flush on my B16 but I hear that its a bad idea on B16 can anyone tell be why this is or is what i have heard a load of rubbish.

I wouldnt use it, most of us keep the engine relativley clean by changing oil on time anyway. B series engines have passagways that dont get drained when changine oil. The flush breaks down the oil viscosity leaving your vital contact points unlubricated for the five minutes.. The flush wont solve any problems, might even cause oil leaks by removing deposits around seals.
